We stand behind every product we sell, and if something ever falls short of your expectations, we are here to make it right. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Every product in our store is carefully selected for quality, durability, and beginner-friendliness. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit and when that happens, we are committed to making the return and refund process as simple, transparent, and stress-free as possible.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase we are not happy either. And we will do everything we can to make it right.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund with Great Home Garden, your item must meet the following conditions:

Return Window: Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

Condition: The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition

Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, hardware, and documentation must be included
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or purchase confirmation email is required to process any return
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or used outdoors
- Products returned without their original packaging or with missing components
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, weather exposure, or improper handling
- Seed packets that have been opened for hygiene and agricultural safety reasons
- Personalized or custom-made items created specifically to your specifications
- Items marked as final sale or clearly noted as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Digital products such as downloadable gardening guides or e-books

How to Start Your Return
Returning an item to Great Home Garden is a simple, straightforward process. Just follow these easy steps:
Step 1 — Contact Our Support Team Email us at info@greathomegarden.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- The name of the product you wish to return
- Your reason for returning the item
- Clear photos of the item (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect products)
Step 2 — Receive Your Return Authorization Our friendly support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a unique Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not send any items back without first receiving your RA number — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Step 3 — Pack & Ship Your Return Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.
Step 4 — Inspection & Refund Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund promptly and keep you informed every step of the way.
Full Refunds: Approved returns will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Items returned with missing components, accessories, or hardware
- Products showing signs of use, assembly, or outdoor exposure beyond initial inspection
- Returns received outside the 30-day window at our sole discretion
Non-Refundable Charges:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Store Credit Option: If you prefer, we are happy to issue your refund as store credit giving you the flexibility to choose a different raised garden bed size, seed kit, or any other product from our collection that better suits your space and growing goals.
Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
We sincerely apologize if your Great Home Garden order arrived damaged or defective. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we will resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery at hello@greathomegarden.com
- Include your order number, a clear description of the damage or defect, and photos of both the damaged item and the original packaging
- Please keep all original packaging it may be required for a carrier damage claim
Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will offer you one of the following resolutions at absolutely no additional cost to you:
- Full replacement of the damaged or defective item shipped to you promptly
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases if you prefer
We will always choose the resolution that works best for you.
Received the Wrong Item?
We are truly sorry if you received an item that does not match your order. Mistakes like this are rare at Great Home Garden but when they happen, we make them right immediately.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@greathomegarden.com with:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you ordered
- A photo of the incorrect item you received
We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item so you do not pay a single cent for our mistake.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a raised garden bed size, seed variety, or product style may not be the perfect fit for your space and that is completely okay! Growing the right garden starts with having the right products.
At this time, Great Home Garden does not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or product, we recommend:
- Initiating a return for the original item following our standard return process above
- Placing a new order for the product that better suits your gardening space and goals
Our support team is always happy to help you choose the right raised garden bed size or product for your specific space just ask! We love helping beginners find their perfect growing setup.
Order Cancellations
We process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure your gardening products reach you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please act quickly and contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it immediately and issue a full refund within 3–5 business days
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then follow our standard return process outlined above
To request a cancellation, please email hello@greathomegarden.com with your order number and the subject line: "Order Cancellation Request" and our team will handle it promptly.
Gift Orders & Returns
At Great Home Garden, we know that our raised garden beds, seed kits, and gardening products make some of the most thoughtful and meaningful gifts for housewarmings, birthdays, Mother's Day, and holidays. We want every gift recipient to love their present and if they don't, we will help make it right.
For Gift Recipients: If you received a Great Home Garden product as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us at hello@greathomegarden.com with the order number (if available) and details of the item. We will do our best to find a solution that works for you even without the original purchaser's involvement.
Gift Refunds: Refunds for gift orders will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method unless a store credit arrangement is preferred.
